Author: Lori and I took a night away to ourselves last night and it was very wonderful. It only took us 17 years to do it but rest assured it wont be that long again.
We have fully embraced Melaleuca now and are very excited about not only using the incredible products but building a business to last our lifetimes and our kid’s lifetimes. We are asking that everyone just be open minded enough to at least try it for a month and if you dont fallin love with it, the company will just refund you.
The ministry missed a bullet today by a last minute surge of giving. I shared on the Healing Stream for about 30 minutes and a stream of income came in to catch up the shortfall in giving from the last couple months. This only catches us up. We still need to see some more monthly partners so we stop falling short in the first place.

We have found a way to help fund the ministry but it will most likely take a few months to really get going. here’s a note I posted on Face Book…

Being in churches and Christian circles for years, Lori and I have been approached many times about various home businesses and money making opportunities. We didn’t feel right about doing anything where someone could get hurt and sadly, almost everything we ever saw had that as a possible outcome.
We are excited to announce that we have now found something safe and exiting that we feel we can stand behind as not only Christians but also as everyday people trying to make ends meet, just like most of you are.
For us to be successful in this, we need to help others become successful too. To do this, Lori and I are ready to commit some time and energies to 12 people (or couples) that understand how beneficial it is to have people like us helping and mentoring you in a new business.
With Lori’s product knowledge, my recent weight loss (of almost 160 pounds now) and our combined enthusiasm about this, we stand ready to help 12 people who are at least somewhat serious about changing their financial lives just like we are.

We’ve statred to make some headway on the shortage but are still cose to $300 short. Pray that we dont have to take a station down and that out of the over 26,000 plus that have launched us in the last 30 days, that a few more of them can come on board with us as partners.
My focus with the stations over the last two years has been to build TMA (top of mind awareness – when people hear “The Healing Stream, they think of us first) and a listener base. I always believed that we would stay at the same percentage of doners so as we grew in listeners, we would grow in doners to keep us going. That hasn’t been the case at all.
I do want to say that many of our supporters have really risen above and beyond to help us. They might not know it directly, but each of those 26,000 plus from the last 3o days all owe these partners a debt of gratitude because if not for the partner’s selfless giving, we would not be here today like we are.
What we need to see now is more people who believe enough in what we are doing here to support it with both one time gifts and in the form of monthly partnerships as well.
We have today, tomorrow and Sunday left in May and we need to see the gap closed or we will be dropping a station so as not to continue to incur the monthly costs because as much as I hate to go backwards, it’s just bad stewardship to continue a debt load we cannot sustain.
If you are not yet a monthly partner, please pray about making a strong commitment to us so we can not only get past this hurdle but we can make sure we never have to revisit this situation again.

God woke me up early this am and within minutes I got a call from Teresa who was under attack at her job in her body. With Lori already having her day planned, I went and picked up Teresa and took her to the ER after praying over her.
Lost story short, she is doing fine now and is just a little sore in her back yet. This parallels the supernatural in that many times Teresa has been stabbed in the back by other’s false accusations and every time there has been someone of God to help her quickly recover and move on with things.

This is why the Internet is such a vital tool in this hour because it is allowing all of us that minister access to those who would never attend another church for any reason and the modern church goer alike. The Internet is facilitating full body ministry in a way that the church is currently incapable of doing because of its flawed governmental structure.

This is yet another reason why we must succeed here at The Healing Stream Media Network because it is ministries like ours that are on the very front of the front lines of what God is doing in the earth right now.
People that would never speak to each other and certainly never attend the same church will listen to our stations and worship God together. It’s the first step in a fresh wind of unity to the hurting and a true move of HEALING to the entire body of Christ.
We are coming into the last of May and for the third month in a row we are facing a givig shortfall. This cannot continue. God has t speak to hearts and those hearts must respond or we will be forced to do something here to reduce our expenses each month and that will most likely be letting a station go.

Hit the gym early again today and did 45 minutes of upper body strength stuff and 45 of cardio, altogether 13oo calories burned in 90 minutes.
We really poured ourselves out yesterday on the air on both The Healing Stream and The Healing Wind and we only raised $5 toward the $1700 needed for the new keyboard. On one hand it was a Holiday weekend in the states but still, it would be a real shot in the arm to see this money come in and have this done.
After this we want to do a fourth station from scratch whichwould be roughly $5000 and then get into live conferences every few months along with other special programming to be announced.
We have a lot of plans but they just need to be funded. For that we look to awesome people like you. :D

I went to the gym early this morning and hit the eliptical very hard. I did over 1000 calories in 57 minutes.

Last night was very powerful on many fronts as I played bass guitar at Living Word (The Church At The Mall). About 30 minutes in I developed a nasty blister on my right middle finger, most likely due to me not playing hard for a while. I stopped, bit thru the raised skin to drain it and then iced it for a bit. I was in some pain from it but I finished playing with my first and third fingers on my right hand.
This morning I got up and the blister is almost entirely healed.
I remember being a little salty with God for not healing it right there on the spot. ”This is my best finger to play bass with, God… heal it” was my thought. What the Lord spoke back was this…
You dont need to do the best you have ever done, you just need to do the best that you can in the moment. I will bless and take care of the rest.
I believe that is a Word for some reading this now.

Today I went to the music store to get a bass drum pedal for the new ministry drum kit. While there I ran into some people that I havent seen in many years and did a little bit of catching up with them.
It’s amazing how many people have a true heart for worship to happen 24/7. One of the reasons the devil has been so sly and crafty with his attacks in Central Ohio over the years is to stop this 24/7 movement from coming to pass. In many ways, Our stations and especially The Healing Stream and The Healing Wind have side stepped dozens of years of demonic attacks and have brought 24/7 worship to the world. Still, in my heart there is a place for a local gathering of live worship 24/7 to be going on here in Central Ohio, and in all of the Central Ohios out there. I’m also just as convinced as I ever have been that the youth will play an incredible roll in this coming to pass.

The numbers in the pic here – 138 was my current heart rate, 4.09 miles, 3.9 was the speed and 1005 was the calories burned. The elapsed time at the bottom is just under 57 minutes.
I went from here to a treadmill for 15 minutes but then began to feel a little light headed so I pulled back and was done. I hadnt really eaten anything yet today (which I know better that that) and that caught up with me. The body needs fuel to run.
On the plus side, my right knee is back to around 95% now. I can still feel a tiny amount of discomfort at very high intensity stuff but not at any other time and in normal workouts, its totally fine.
The only other lingering injury is high up in my left arm where the tri and rear delt meet. Its bothered me for weeks now but it’s back to around 75% now. It was so bad that I could barley do an isolated shoulder press of over 10 pounds with that arm when I normally do 70 pounds per arm… but as I said, it’s getting better, slowly but surely.
I ping ponged in my weight over the last couple weeks gaining a few pounds but I’m pretty sure that it was muscle gain as I was working my quads and hams pretty hard and those are some of the largest muscles in the human body so when you work them out, they of course will cause the most weight gain when reforming.
The ministry finally raised enough money to buy the long awaited Roland V Drum Kit. Brian was over for the friday night Show and I quickly asked him to help in the set of up said drums and he was very kind to make it happen for us.

052209 – A Fourth Station
We have talked amongst ourselves here at the ministry about the possibilities of doing a fourth radio station in The Healing Stream Media Network. A new station takes a lot of time and effort to get up and running not to mention a small truck load of cash. Sure, there are cheaper ways to cut corners and quality, but we believe the timeless message of the Kingdom of God deserves to be heard in digital quality and clarity.
We had not mentioned this to anyone but a month or so back now an Apostle gave me a word about a fourth station. It had to be a Word from God as he could not have known any other way. he told me someone would sow a $5000 seed toward a fourth station and it would come to pass.
As I was before the Lord this morning, I believe He has spoken a release to me about making this public so if everyone could pray that would be wonderful.

Frank simply exposes a lot of the modern traditions for their true origins and what Christians do with that information is ultimately between them and God. The book also expounds on the huge flaw in church government that exists today and backs it with an incredible amount of historical documentation to support it’s claims.
It is definitely a conversation we need to have as people’s hearts are worth it! A recent statistic said in New York state alone the number of people who were once churched but are now not is 86%. It’s not so much about reaching the lost for the lost are now the minority amongst us. Its instead about reaching the wounded, disenfranchised and offended that the OC/IC has left as a trail of brokenness in it’s path over the last 30 years.
