We are using this page to help answer some of the more FAQ we get. Our goal is to save you time if we can.

You don’t have to be a “signed artist” to be played here but you do have to be pretty good at your craft.  We only accept music submissions from groups and artists in MP3 format. The file must be at least 192 kbps and downloadable somewhere online and be free of charge to us. Please note that we do not play any country, rap or metal on our stations so there is no reason to submit those styles. Send us a link to your download spot or virtual promo pack to submissions@thehealingstream.com

Our sites take a lot of traffic and all requests for link exchanges are weighed carefully. We do offer limited promotional slots in certain circumstances to other ministries. For details or to request a link exchange send to advertising@thehealingstream.com That same address works if you want us to consider programming to be aired here.

We always love to take your requests. Don’t forget that we have three different stations so be sure to include what station you are sending a request for along with the song name and artist if you know it. requests@thehealingstream.com

Our main studio phone line is 614-707-7100 but is only open during live shows. The on air talent will tell you when to call in. Please note that if we are not in a live show, the phone line is not monitored.

If you want to donate but do not want to enter your credit card information online, we can call you and take your information over the phone and process it here directly.
